Hi, I'm Doug.

I know what it's like to sacrifice your own well-being to keep another person happy. I've spent 30 years doing the hard work of learning how to put myself first, set boundaries, and stop outsourcing my sense of worth to someone else. I'm not here to help you analyze your partner. I'm here to help you put yourself first — because that's what actually makes a healthy relationship possible.

Is this therapy? +

This is coaching. We're not diagnosing anything or going back through your childhood. Coaching is focused on creating change now — not analyzing the past to understand it.

What's the difference between coaching and therapy? +

Therapy is past-focused. It explores where patterns came from. Coaching is present-focused. We work on who you want to be and how you want to show up, starting now.

Why would I work with a male coach? +

Because I can give you a perspective into how men think, react, and withdraw that a female coach simply can't. I'm also not going to commiserate or tell you what you want to hear. I'm going to be straight with you.

What if I need to miss a session? +

Life happens. We have flexibility to reschedule within the 3-month commitment. What matters is that you show up ready to do real work when we're together.

Why 3 months? +

Because real change takes time. Three months gives us enough space to go deep, build a foundation, and actually shift the patterns that have been running your life. A few sessions isn't enough.

What's the investment? +

The 3-month engagement is $6,000, due in full before the first session. This includes 12 weekly sessions, email support between sessions, and 15-minute check-in calls as needed.
